Outstanding Team I bought a car from a dealership for the first time in 20 years last month. The obvious reason is because Apple CDJR in Hanover had a car that fit my I bought a car from a dealership for the first time in 20 years last month. The obvious reason is because Apple CDJR in Hanover had a car that fit my needs but maybe the most important reason was my salesperson, D. Mason Hayes. Mason walked the lot w/ me for over an hour helping me find and compare several cars that were right car for me and my family. He even parked one of the cars next to my trade-in for comparison purposes. When I was still undecided, he and his manager allowed me to take one of the cars home to show my wife. My credit, unfortunately, wasn't the best and I was unable to purchase my first choice but instead of showing me the door like I've experienced at other dealerships, Mason came up with another car for me to consider. He checked and double checked his inventory and found it on the overflow lot. He and his finance manager, Tim Burkett, then spent the next couple of days talking to banks & lenders until a lender approved the purchase. A few minor problems were discovered during delivery but Mason & Tim, once again, took care of everything. Mason delivered a loaner right to my front door and then called the minute my car was ready for pick up. My opinion of the dealership experience has changed greatly and I would HIGHLY recommend Apple CDJR Hanover and Mason Hayes to anyone in the market for a new or used car. More

After choosing my car, which was easy because of the constant communication I had with my salesman, it only took 20 minutes in and out driving away in my new vehicle. I received a great deal on a warranty, and don't feel like I was sold anything that didn't benefit me. Also, the car I bought was the best deal in the surrounding area. I would highly recommend this dealership and will be buying my next here. More
