Wish I could rate them zero stars I wonder how this place stays in business with the service techs they employ. They are the rudest, most underhanded people on the East Coast. Took a vehicle in in April for an oil change and they gave us a list of things that were "wrong" with it. Total cost? Well over $3,000! Took it to Midas and after an hour of their shop foreman looking over every inch of it, left with the vehicle good as new for just under $200. Took it to this joke of a place for recall work (after they strung is around for over 7 months!) and again with the list! They were replacing a key fob issue, WHY would they need to take the engine apart?? Went to Midas, got the paperwork to show them what was done and that they are just scamming people out of money and they called myself and my mechanic liars. Long story short, there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with the vehicle, but EVERYTHING wrong with Hanover Dodge. Need warranty work done? Go to the Hill in Spring Grove! More
