I was pleasantly surprised at the ease and accommodations associated with the purchase of this vehicle. My first contact was with Scott and he arranged for test drives on a very snowy Saturday. I decided on a car put money down on it. After I returned home, I saw another that was more appealing to me. I returned the same day and Scott had the car warming up for me to test drive. I liked that car also, so that they reserved it for me until it was looked at by the service dept. to see what it needed before it could be priced. On Tuesday, Craig called and we went in to discuss the price. I felt the price he gave us was fair so we agreed to the purchase. After arranging for financing with our bank, we could not pick up the check for the vehicle until the following Monday. But Craig had the car ready on the prior Saturday and allowed us to take it home then. I found some minor things about the car that annoyed me (red dot on dash while driving to indicate that alarm system was on) and missing front mats. Craig arranged to have my car in for service quickly and the problem was easily resolved with a new battery in one of my keys and he found the missing mats for me. I was in and out within 20 minutes. I am very happy with my purchase, and with the help that Scott and Craig provided. I usually dread buying cars from dealerships but this was a very positive experience. More
