At our initial arrival we were pleasantly greeted by our salesman Mamdouh who was extremely helpful. There was no pressure whatsoever, just a pleasant conversation on the vehicle we were considering. The dealership gave us the best price and it was a very transparent and professional transaction. Questions and negotiations handled immediately. No sitting around waiting for some mysterious, time consuming back room deals as occurs in other dealerships I have been in. Everything presented on printouts so there are no surprises. After receiving sub par customer service at another Jeep dealer closer to my house I decided to try Flemington Jeep before moving onto another car brand. About a week later I decided Flemington Jeep deal was the perfect fit for me and called George back - he remembered me right away! We made an arrangement for me to come in on Friday to execute the transaction - he even offered to come and get me at my house and bring me to the dealership! When I got to the dealership on Friday with my husband the Jeep was ready ad waiting for me! The business manager Aziz took me through all the paperwork in a flash before I knew it I was done.
