First, when I do surveys I almost never give highest rating. Second, I don't have a lot to compare it to as my husband has usually purchased our vehicles in the past. I did appreciate the salesman low key approach but almost a little too low key as he did not volunteer as much information when we were first looking about other choices. During the financial part, it would have been nice if I was given a reason for some of the questions asked; I wasn't sure what they were doing with the information. They were prompt to return phone calls and follow up. Also, it would have been nice to know in advance to expect the amount of time required to close the deal. I expected to go in one day for paperwork and the next day to take delivery, but when I arrived the first day I was told I could take delivery that day, which increased my time there and I wasn't prepared for that.
