After we committed to the purchase and placed our down payment, Eric Henderson stepped in and explained our additional options in a nice, straight-forward manner... no pushy sales pitch. We felt comfortable because we had a couple days to review our options and not rush into anything. Hyundai had many pluses for their service rewards and car warrantees but fell in disfavor when the floor supervisor became pushy in trying to sell the car that day. Chevrolet won in that the sales person had the patience of a saint in dealing with this older potential customer and willingness to understand my requirements. Of course, the car had better creature comforts and eye appeal than the compeditors. After the purchase, the salesperson took the time and patience to acclimate me to my new car to the detail required for an older customer. The atmosphere in the showroom was warm and friendly. More

I first spoke to Krista, who was very polite and honest on the phone, which enticed me to drive the 1 1/2 hrs to get to the dealership. When I arrived, Krista was with a client, but instead of keeping us waiting, she introduced us to Jeff Conrad, Great salesman, knew his product, answered my questions, and not pushy. Flemington offered me a good price for my trade and a good price on the buy. When I came back to pick up the car I met with Eric the finance guy, very easy transaction, another great person to deal with.
