My first step was to contact a car buying service - which put me in contact with 3 GMC/Buick dealers. Second, I visited the dealership where I bought my last car (Honda Pilot). Finally, I found the DealerRater website and looked for top rated Buick dealers. After searching for reviews on Buick dealerships, I found Flemington Buick on DealerRater. I reached out through the website and was contacted very quickly by Christa. Flemington is a bit of a drive for me, so I was hoping that I would be able to do some preliminary leg work via e-mail. I'm a little shocked to be saying this but buying a used car from this dealership and, more specifically, Joe Himelfarb, was a great experience. We are very happy with our overall experience at Flemington Chevrolet. We previously leased 3 vehicles from the Flemington dealerships over the past 17 years( the most recent being 13 years ago) but Flemington Chevrolet. Needless to say, we were less than thrilled with that experience. So when it was time to start looking at a new vehicle, Flemington was the first choice. Christa Cotrell was very responsive to our initial e-mails regarding the Chevy Traverse. We had many questions, and she was more than happy to assist. After many e-mails and phone calls, it was time to visit Flemington and test drive a Traverse. Christa set us up with Eleni Chatzidaki to give us the royal treatment as we asked more questions and drove the Traverse. A model that they thought we would like,based on info we provided, was already waiting. I must say that at no time did we feel any pressure to buy. Turns out this vehicle met every need we had, and then some! Color, options, and finally price were spot on! As we worked our way thru the process, Eleni managed to get our payment down to where this made sense for us. Thanks so much for your hard work, Eleni, we appreciate it!
