Jeff Parker and Bob then worked togeather to arrive at a trade in value and new truck price combination that I was happy with. Brenda Royer explained other options, such as extended warranty and data dots etching and Simonize treatment. The deal was made and the truck was ordered. Bob called me with progress reports while we waited for the truck to arrive. As a very welcome surprise, it came in faster than any of us expected. I completed the purchase with Brenda, and then Bob went over all the features of my new truck. The whole buying experience was very pleasant and not at all high pressure.
