After a disappointing experience at another dealership, I went to Ciocca GMC Cadillac. The vehicle that I wanted to look at was there but had a dead battery. The other dealer wouldn’t take me to look at the went to Ciocca GMC Cadillac. The vehicle that I wanted to look at was there but had a dead battery. I was very annoyed and left only to drive to this dealer to actually see the vehicle I originally came to look at. I bought it, despite having the dead battery. My experience at this dealership was a very good one and all of the staff that I came in contact with were very personable and friendly. I’d definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy another vehicle. More

It's been absolutely horrendous. Ive gotten no answers, i have a new car with a list of issues that are supposed to be covered under warranty.
