My truck has been in for warranty work 3 times in the last 30 days after waiting over a month and a half for an appointment. The service department is no help and my warranty expired in 1,500 miles. More

This is a review for the last few months. Got moved a few times to get a service done. The service advisor was rushed in providing explanation and recommendations of what tech found. I’m still waiting on a quote from service department for repairs. Felt they were rushed and wanted to get you out of their hair!! More

Concierge driver was very pleasant when car picked for service. Very pleased with how the Service Dept. showed a video of tires and brakes and advised as to condition. Work was done promptly professional and the walk around video of the tire rotation was nice but kind of pointless if the tech is not talking about anything.
