Great experience just buying a used car, from the test drive to purchasing the vehicle. Their dent guy even got a dent out that they thought would be difficult. Will recommend them for sure. Ever since Ciocca acquired this dealership the service quality has gone down. My service transmission light came on and my car e-brake deployed forcing me to disconnect my battery. I called the dealership quality has gone down. My service transmission light came on and my car e-brake deployed forcing me to disconnect my battery. I called the dealership the next morning to request an appt explaining to the scheduler my issue. She tells me they have an appt in two weeks (on a Saturday). I schedule it and have my insurance company tow the car onsite in case they have time to diagnose it beforehand. Never hear from them. An hour after my appt is supposed to occur I call for an update and am told they haven’t had time to see it. I challenge Stephanie saying I had an 8a appt to which she informs me they don’t do transmission tech appts on the weekend. She also mentioned she left me a message and I asked where since I never got a call….they had an office number on file for a company I didn’t work for and never authorized them to call. I informed her I’ve been without a car for two weeks since they didn’t have a loaner and ask what next steps are. She said they’ll try to get it in early next week. At least an additional week goes by. She calls me the day before I’m going away for the Christmas holiday to say its most likely my transmission and since it’s outside of warrant it’ll prob be around $10k and maybe I should just trade it in. This recommendation was given without anyone even TOUCHING or DIAGNOSING the car. I said I would have to think about it. A salesperson contacts me repeatedly over the next week about working with me for the trade in. I decided to get a second opinion and paid to have the car towed to a mechanic. I called Stephanie to let her know the tow company was coming for my car that day and she said it would be ready. Five days later when I call the new mechanic to inquire about my car I find out Ciocca gave the tow company someone else’s car and the cops showed up at the mechanic. My car eventually made it there and didn’t end up needing a new transmission OR costing $10k for the repairs it needed. I will never go back here. The level of service here has turned to xxxx. The audacity to quote a $10k repair without looking at a car is absurd. Schedulers not knowing when certain tech appts can be scheduled is poor training. Giving incorrect cars to tow companies is wild. Not to mention when I got my car back, there was a new dent on it from who knows where in this whole ordeal. I ended up being without my car for two months instead of what probably could have been a 2 day fix if Ciocca had bothered to diagnose the issues. More
