Poor business practices. My new Promaster sat in my driveway waiting for the negotiated upfit to be scheduled at the business where the parts were on order. During this time I made a couple calls for updates, and was told each time that the installation company was still waiting for a part on backorder. I was also told that they would get the upfit scheduled and help me get the truck to that company as soon as the parts were ready. I finally got a call from the dealership but instead of the good news I was expecting I was told that I would have to pay several thousand dollars for the upfit parts and service due to a mistake. Since there was no real apology or offer of restitution, I consider this a bait and switch tactic that would make avoid this dealership. I'm currently on this website looking for a dealership to take my service business to. More

There is literally no one who would qualify for all the incentives to make it to the incentive Holy Grail of $28,531. Some of the incentives directly contradict each other. ( lease vs buy , loyal customer vs first time ect. ) This is False advertising plain and simple. Brian was polite but he seemed to be covering for a very misleading sales program.
