Horrible first buyer experience First, I had called in advance to set up a test drive with Ed. I show up on time, only to have him with another scheduled customer. I watched as he ran between her and me to answer our questions. Never having his full attention Second, his personal phone was ringing constantly. He explained that it was because he recently put his rental properties on Craigslist’s so he was getting all this attention. Hello, I’m here to buy a 23k car, can I please have your uninterrupted focus? Or discuss things without your phone going off every 10 minutes? Third, I was there for FOUR AND A HALF HOURS. Majority of the time was eaten by them “working with the banks”. 4 hours worth? When he presented me the numbers, it was written on scrap paper with just the month payment x # of months. When I asked the interest rate— he replied “oh, I don’t know. I didn’t write it down”.... this exact behavior was repeated multiple times. He never seemed to know the interest rate, nor did the payments ever make sense Fourth, I asked for the out the door price of the car, twice. Where he replied “that takes awhile to calculate”... so I never got it... because knowing the price of car isn’t important? Fifth, the final “I’m out” moment was when I was exhausted for being there for 4.5 hours, I was ready to leave and both Ed and another salesman tag teamed by telling me the deal “needs to happen tonight because they have a guy looking at my trade in tomorrow morning!” (Cough cough, straight bull. You mean you’re already offering my trade in for sale without the title?) I declined and said that I wanted to sleep on my options, they both guilted me again. Pressuring me. I felt very uncomfortable and ashamed that I didn’t want to make a decision in that moment. “The deals need to be in tonight. Don’t make me look bad”. I ended up storming out. Horrible horrible experience. Ended up buying a car else where. I shared my experiences with others and they all replied that there was extreme shady business with the numbers. Way to take advantage Ed. More

Excellent customer service Erik was very helpful in helping us to find exactly what we wanted at a price we could afford. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. He even worked with us through e-mail prior to meeting, and gave us all the information we needed so that we could make an informed decision since the dealership was an hour away from us. It was definitely worth the drive and we fully recommend this dealership and Erik Green! More

Amazing experience After going to several car dealerships, I was told I couldn’t get financed for a car. I was driving around in an old junker with the weather in the 30 After going to several car dealerships, I was told I couldn’t get financed for a car. I was driving around in an old junker with the weather in the 30’s with no heat. I walked into adventure and Ken Irons helped me pick out the perfect vehicle- which I immediately fell in love with. He went above and beyond what a the typical salesperson would do in order to find a vehicle that worked for my needs, as a single mother commuting to two jobs. In addition to working with my situation with absolute confidence, he provided an excellent customer experience. He even brought crayons for my toddler to color with to keep him happy and occupied during our transaction. He listened to my needs, walked me through the process, and was very thorough. I left as an estatic customer with a heated, safe vehicle for the winter ahead of us; a reliable vehicle that will last me years. I would highly reccomend both Adventure and Ken to anyone looking for a new vehicle, and I’ll be coming back again in the future. More

Long story short told me for TWO weeks I was financed and trying to locate me what I wanted and I ever got was xx and excuses, just to be told the minute I mentioned reaching out to another dealer who had EXACTLY what I was trying to find and helping locate what I wanted the my approval offer had been rescinded .... WHAT THE xxxx ?! No other dealer (and I've talked to 3) I've talked to i the last hour has sever heard of some shady xx ... Doesn't help that my one car is totaled and the other car is a lease that is supposed to go back tomorrow and I've been xxxxxxx around with these guys for two weeks just to find out they were stringing me along So three days after this whole debacle happen I flew to Philadelphia Pennsylvania and went to another dealer that had exactly what I was looking for that this dealer refused to find me, and I left that same day More
