Sales over customer service! I worked with a dealer named Arlon who traded a leased vehicle for me. I chose to go with a cheaper vehicle after leaving the lot and in order to prot I worked with a dealer named Arlon who traded a leased vehicle for me. I chose to go with a cheaper vehicle after leaving the lot and in order to protect his sale he dodged all my calls and messages. The dealership left me stranded after telling me it’s to late to fix the trade. It was poor customer service and business by the company as a whole! More
