Staff remained professional, kind, and respectful throughout all the chaos. I was very pleased with the overall experience. I returned 3 months later to lease a new vehicle. Steer Clear of this Dealership If there was a way to rate without using any stars...my husband and I went into the Willoughby Chrysler dealership for one reason only- they had the R If there was a way to rate without using any stars...my husband and I went into the Willoughby Chrysler dealership for one reason only- they had the RAM truck we wanted in the color we wanted. The salesman we worked with was sub-par. We knew which truck we wanted and a test drive was done. After that we sat and haggled, as you do, for any car purchase. But during the course of the waiting, the salesman Amar tried to pass off his personal business card for his family spa. I spoke with Lloyd, the sales manager, multiple times trying to negotiate the price. I had to wait for him to come and go three times until that third time we reached a deal- the one I said I wanted in the beginning. When we finally got into the finance office of Mike Skilton, things went even more south. Of course he tried to sell us on the warranty, and after more negotiations, a new price for the warranty was agreed upon. My husband and I left- after 4 hours- with the truck we wanted...but not with a full tank of gas as is typical for any new car purchase. THIS IS WHERE WE GO OFF "THE NORM". I received a call from Mike on a day off from teaching. He needed me to come in and sign a new contract, because the bank didn't approve the new price with the warranty that he sold me. STRIKE ONE. I asked for his manager and went in to work with someone else. I signed the corrected document after scrutinizing the terms of the contract so I wasn't paying more a month because of their mistake. Then two weeks later I get three phone calls from Amar...and no voicemail. When I finally connect with him, he stumbles through an explanation of me needing to provide a registration for a current car. Since he is unclear as to the reason for this request, I speak to Lloyd again. Turns out the rebate I was given needs proof-- that they didn't ask for at the time of the original deal. STRIKE TWO. I make a copy of this paper, and take it into the dealership myself, and pick up my license plates. Four days later, I get a call from Mike again, who is immediately rude and disrespectful. I told him the paperwork that was requested is in his neighboring manager's office. Instead of being polite and saying his apologies for disturbing me, he gets even more rude and talks over me on the phone. Before I hang up on him, I demand the name of the owner of this sorry institution- he slowly tells me. I call the dealership back to speak with Lloyd (who I gave the registration to) and get passed around and then hung up on. STRIKE THREE. Lloyd does call me back and it turns out that Mike was on vacation but neglected to do his catch-up work upon his return. And now, for the cherry on top of this ridiculously unprofessional sundae, the license plates that I was given do not have the county sticker, so I have to go to the DMV myself and get my own sticker. People please do not waste your time with this unprofessional crew of men. Collectively they are inept at best and don't communicate with each other, even though they sit around the same hub of desks in a big circle in the middle of that dealership. We could've gone somewhere else to get the RAM, but Willoughby had the color we wanted and it seemed like an easy-enough outing with the typical amount of stress we all know comes from leasing or buying a vehicle. At this point, my husband and I have had seven different leased cars and not ONCE were we called into the dealership to do someone else's job, or been treated so disrespectfully. Shout out to the Classic Auto Group and Mentor Kia...go to any of those dealerships instead. More

I ESPECIALLY LIKE THE FACT THAT SERVICE IS AGAIN MAKING APPOINTMENTS FOR CUSTOMERS. I NEVER LIKED THE IDEA OF SHOWING UP AND THEN TRYING TO BE WORKED IN. Everyone was friendly and answered some questions I had. Bruce was great as always. More
