Even though my credit was questionable they got me the loan. They were very helpful in all aspects of the car purchase. I have always had a wonderful experience with the service department since coming here. Erin runs a top notch service department and she and her staff are always there for me. Eileen and Pat know their jobs and how to treat the customers with respect and friendliness which is very important. My Jeep has always been serviced appropriately and I will continue to use this dealership. My next Jeep or car will be purchased and serviced at Adventure! More
I bought a used car in January and the check engine light came on in March. I called service and was told to bring it in. They had my car all day Monday and never called, I got a call on Tuesday to say the came on in March. I called service and was told to bring it in. They had my car all day Monday and never called, I got a call on Tuesday to say they still had not looked at the car and had to charge me a $99.00 diagnosis fee. I told them the car came with a 3 month warranty and they said the warranty does not cover the fee and it may not cover the repairs but they wont know until they diagnose the problem. Then if I authorized the repairs they would waive the fee. I was told the check engine light was typically an emmissions problem and would not be covered by the warranty. I was upset first that I was not told up front when I called to make the appoinment about the fee and second that I would be charged a fee at all on a car the was purchased 2 months ago and had a 3 month warranty. I went to the General Manager Roy who told me they had to charge the fee to pay the mechanics and that I should have considered buying the extended warranty. When I told him that was a terrible way to do business and treat your customers he told me that he would not help me because I was being rude. I never raised my voice or used any fowl language when talking to Roy. If the check engine light had come on after the warranty period I would not have a problem but if you sell me a used car with a 3 month warranty and after 2 months there is a problem I would expect an honest dealership would take car of the problem. Run don't walk away from Adventure when looking for your next vehicle. More

I feel they went above and beyond any and all expectations I had when I walked thru the door and am sure if and when I need anything and I do mean anything else it will be the same experience again. I was in a difficult position and they worked out a deal on a car I wanted and in a way that makes my life much easier. I would also like to thank the women that handeled the financing, although I forgot her name. Everyone was perfect. Thanks from the bottom of my heart and anyone I know will be forced by me to go to Adventure first when they need a car. More

I went to Adventure Jeep to only look and ended up buying! I was impressed with their willingness to get to a price that was comfortable for me and made sense for them as well. I had some "extras" that I needed done to the new vehicle purchased and spoke with the parts and service departments. Again, just as the new car sales, everything was painless. I ordered customized parts for my vehicle and had to schedule the appt to get them added. The person in the parts department went through the website with me to get the exact order that I wanted and service was so easy to make the appointment with. The service department was so friendly and accomadating. I don't usually make appts for things because I don't like the inconvenience. However, this dealership made it so easy to work with them that I will never have anyone service (including oil changes) my vehicle except them. More
