I went to another Chrysler dealership that was closer to my home and told them I was ready to buy a car within a week. Once I made a decision to buy they located the car I wanted within a day and went out of state to get it teh next day. I wanted a sunroof which was not an option on teh model I purchased. The other dealership told me that they do not like to deal with after market accessories and that I should buy the car and find my own company to get it installed. Adventure Chrysler said that they have a vendor that does sunroofs for a lot of the dealers in the area and that they would have one installed before I pick up the car if I would like. When I picked up the car the dealership made me feel good about my purchase. They explained ever line item on the invoice. It was raining so they had the car fully prepared and waiting in the service bay. The salesman went through all of the options on the car with me. He then introduced me to the service department manager to go over scheduling service and their loaner car program. The last Chrysler product I bought was 40 years ago. If the car is a reliable car and I was going to purchase another Chrysler in the future I would go back to Adventure Chrysler. i would recommend Adventure Chrysler to my friends. More

The whole team (especially Gary with the help of June Rucker) was very helpful in solving the problem of getting my new plates to me as I could not return home until well after my 30-day tag expired. What a great experience in buying a car I had been searching for, for a long time. It has been the right fit for me and the extras that have come along with this experience have made me feel very secure in this used car and cars from this dealer in the future.
