I bought a 2005 in 2008 Town and Country and decided I would take it to the dealership for any major repairs. I found Adventure and have had numerous repairs completed their. Most recently, my vehicle w would take it to the dealership for any major repairs. I found Adventure and have had numerous repairs completed their. Most recently, my vehicle wouldn't start so I had it towed to Chrysler. They did a $99 diagnostic and I was told I needed to replace my EGR valve ( a total of $411). The work was completed and 8 days later (car not driven much during this time due to vacation) my car won't start. I have it towed to Chrysler again stating my van won't start (another diagnostic fee/discounted). I wait several hours and decide to call for an update. I am told that my battery is the problem. I explain that the battery was just purchased in July. Adventure tells me they can replace the battery and I can take the receipt to the place where I purchased it for a refund (who would really go for that manner of business). I pick up my van and go to the battery shop for testing. I'm told after testing that the battery is fine, but something electrical is wrong because my van is on but nothing interior is working (air, windows, radio etc.). I call and ask Chrysler why the battery or electrical problems didn't show up as defective on the diagnostic when the van was towed in....I was also given a diagnostic report after the EGR valve was fixed that everything was working properly....The lube stop put in a new battery under warranty and van still won't start consistently. It's like the van is off but on at the same time. Chrysler is suggesting I bring it back in for another diagnostic. I don't have $99 to give away time and time again for incorrect reporting..After speaking with several mechanics, I'm being told that fixing an EGR valve would not solve the problem of a vehicle starting intermittently to begin with. I am totally disgusted especially after all the repairs I've put in this van in the past years. More
overall satisfied with service ,saw vehicle i wanted and the staff did all they could to put me in that vehicle. only negative response i have is that at signing for my loan a 199.00 dollar amount imposed o the staff did all they could to put me in that vehicle. only negative response i have is that at signing for my loan a 199.00 dollar amount imposed on my loan for a requirement for that dealer for this window etch insurance . i was told by mr. bob gartman that this is required this was not disclosed at any time during my time at dealership till closeing ,this needs to be told to consumers upfront. thanks again wayne and you made it a pleasure. sincerly kimberly evans More

I went to Auto Trader .com and saw a few Challengers at the Adventure dealership. When I called the contact name, Bruce Fratcher, he told me about the automobiles and the different types of choices the dea the Adventure dealership. When I called the contact name, Bruce Fratcher, he told me about the automobiles and the different types of choices the dealership had in colors, engine types, etc. He was very busy when I called, but he told me to stop in and he would be happy to show them to me. When I arrived at the dealership, as soon as I walked in, everybody seemed so friendly and I was introduced to Bruce. He imediately made me feel very comfortable about looking and driving whichever one I liked. When I saw the tungsten-colored Challenger with the white R/T stripes, I fell in love with the car. Bruce then put a plate on the car and told me to take it for a drive to see if I liked it.I did, and the car is unbelievable. I also found a used Challenger and brought the paper with me because it was about $6000 dollars cheaper. Bruce then pointed out that the used one did not have anywhere near the options that the one he was selling had and that he would do whatever it took to prove to me that buying a new car was a much better deal. He was right. He got me extended warrenties and free car washes for life ...I am so happy that I purchased the Challenger from Bruce -- the car is awesome and the whole dealership was so friendly! I have stopped in to see them three times now and, in fact, my girlfriend liked my car so much, and Bruce, and the dealship, that she recently purchased an Avenger from Bruce. I have always had a positive experience with Adventure beginning with Phil, who was the salesperson that worked with me to get my vehicle and then the service people have excellent customer service skills beginning with Phil, who was the salesperson that worked with me to get my vehicle and then the service people have excellent customer service skills. Had a wonderful experience with the staff! They worked with me to find a bank to accept my so so credit and found a brand new vehicle for me to drive home even with my negative equity on my trade in! My new payments only went up about 10 dollars a month! I love my new Chrysler 200!!! More

Eileen was extremely helpful and pleasant first thing in the morning when I dropped my car off. She was also very knowledgeable in understanding what I was bringing my car in for, that it was under warranty the morning when I dropped my car off.
