After a bad experience at a different dealer I decided to go to Giuffre Dodge. A salesperson Joe, had given me a good, realistic quote for a Dodge Grand Caravan SE. I sat down with a salesperson and was gi go to Giuffre Dodge. A salesperson Joe, had given me a good, realistic quote for a Dodge Grand Caravan SE. I sat down with a salesperson and was given a quote that again honored the verbal agreement, but he used the Dodge $1000 incentive to dealer to reach the number. So far so good. I was buying the Caravan for cash and left a deposit. I was given the final number and a few days later returned to Giuffre to pick up the van. After paying I was getting ready to drive my new van home. As I got into the van I noticed that there were no floor mats. The red light should have gone on then, but it didn't. Floor maTS are a componnent of the SE model. I drove home and reviewed the Dodge websites and realized I had been sold the AVP model and not the SE. I thought I had just been inattentive during the purchase, and been properly screwed. But no, there on the signed sales document was the trim level SE, and the VIN number. I had no doubt they knew exactly what they were doing. I basically paid sticker price, with no negotiation, for a lower trim level. I had behaved reasonably, and just wanted to pay a fair price for a nice vehicle. I don't know if the original sales document with the SE trim level offers me any legal recourse, but I guess i'm going to find out! This is a cautionary tale . Be advised when you buy a car here, be very very careful If the car is in storage go see it! They are very good at lulling you into a false sense of security. Approach with extreme caution! More

After visiting three other dealerships, I was tired of searching for a new car. Then I came to Giuffre. Charis really listened and did a great job of making sure that I had all of the features I wanted. I like that she took the time to go over the vehicle with me. (Its great to know the purpose for all the buttons on your dashboard before you need them!) I really felt like this dealership was professional, friendly and honest. I highly recommend them to anyone! More
I Visited the dealership twice..... i was treated like i was stupid the persons evaluating the trade in are under valueing the trade in. These guys stole thousands of dollars from me. We reached a deal on a new car & got the financing in place. Weeks after I took delivery of the car they called to tell me the loan fell through (suppo reached a deal on a new car & got the financing in place. Weeks after I took delivery of the car they called to tell me the loan fell through (supposedly I was pre-approved - not final approved)& they need to redo the financing with another bank. When I went in to review & sign the new paperwork shortly before christmas they kept me waiting for over 1.5 hours with my two small kids in their waiting room. Finally we quickly went over the terms & I signed. WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. They changed the principal amount of the loan by more than five thousand dollars. When I realized this after I got home I called them to try & straighten out this clerical error. After weeks of dealing with them, including showing them an excel spreadsheet that showed line item by line item where they made their ridiculously dumb error, they refused to change the loan. All their managers were exceedingly ruse throughout the process. After threatening them with legal action they gave me back half of my money and made me sign a release to get even that. They stole thousands from me. I am taking them to small claims court. These guys should be arrested. They are thieves. Avoid them like the plague. More
This was a terrible experience. Stay away from this dealer!!! They outright lied to me and were totally unprofessional. I am looking for a used Nissan Titan Crew Cab pickup. This is a fairly rare t dealer!!! They outright lied to me and were totally unprofessional. I am looking for a used Nissan Titan Crew Cab pickup. This is a fairly rare truck, so I've had to travel to look at them. I saw an ad for this pickup on Cars.com. The price was within my price range. I called the dealership, explained what I was looking for, my trade-in and financial situation (I own an Xterra, that is fully paid off, and I have good credit.) Mostly, I wanted to make sure that the car was available before I left for the dealer (who was about 40 miles away). I spoke with Goldie, who was very nice on the phone, and said all the right things, such as their late office hours, children's lounge, etc. Later that day, I decided to drive to the dealer to check it out. I called Goldie again, just to make sure the truck had not been sold in the 2-3 hours since we had originally spoken. I told her I was on my way. She assured me that the car was available. Due to some insane traffic on the BQE, it took me almost 2 hours to get to the dealership. I was told immediately that the truck was "sold" only moments before and that it was no longer on the lot. I was very annoyed that noone called me, or that noone told me that another customer was so close to purchasing the vehicle. However, I sensed that there was more to the story, so I asked to see a manager (Dave). Dave told me that someone had put a deposit of $100 on the truck, which he was glad to ignore if I wanted the truck. However, the prior customer couldnt get the car to start so the dealer sent the car to service. It was probably a battery problem. Dave left to call the service department, and advised that I couldnt go to the service garage to see the truck until the following day. There were no apologies for my inconvenience. I was still interested in the truck, but I didnt want to waste another afternoon if this was going nowhere. So I asked Dave if he would take a look at my trade-in to see if we would be able to make a deal. Dave said no, because his "trade-in guy" finished his shift at 5, and as this was 5:30, he wouldn't be able to look at my car. He said, "I can't look at your trade right now, what can I say?" I responded immediately, "you could have told me that you only do trades before 5, or that the truck was nearly sold, or that it was being serviced." Dave responded, "I do not give free appraisals on cars. But [I] could call him the following day, after 4, and see what happened at the service garage." I asked about the other buyer, to which he responded that $100 wasnt a real deposit in his eyes, and that he would refund the money to the other buyer if I bought the car. I threw his business card on the floor and walked out. Total waste of my time. More
