i was looking for a new Dodge Durango, visited a couple of dealerships before walking into Giuffre, the same car & deal can be found every where so for me it comes down to service... i was greeted by Rick of dealerships before walking into Giuffre, the same car & deal can be found every where so for me it comes down to service... i was greeted by Rick Rogers who is a total professional through & through, understood what i wanted right away, had great knowledge about the specific car and helped me found the perfect one in no time. the transaction was free of sales tactics, straight forward approach,never pushed or made me feel uncomfortable. he answered to all my calls,was very polite & made sure i received my car on time and went out of his way to ensure that i am pleased. i will gladly refer others to Rick and return for more business in the future. Find very attractive offer in the Autotrader.com for the Brand New 2012 Dodge Ram. Printed Asking Price was $38,395. Comments in that add mentioned some fee for inspection and Recondition . I called and asked what would be the total in the check, Answer was $ 45,500 !!!! I asked to explain 7 thousend price difference and then self described SALES MANAGER William speech become incoherent , he mentioned that I am not qualified for THAT $39,395 PRICE because I don't need financing, because I am not this and because I am not that and RECONDITIONING PRICE for that 2012 BRAND NEW DODGE RAM is 4,900 dollars at their dealership. Don't waste your time at this dealership, their advertized prices are not the true price by the huge margin More

Dealership sold me a 2006 BMW 750i. All of the lights was bad. High beams and foglights wasn't working. Oil looks like it haven't been changed in years and the wrong oil filter was installed. This dealer uses every trick in the book. They will compare your trade using a guide which shows the lowest value for the lowest trim type of your vehicle. They price their car with a guide which shows compare your trade using a guide which shows the lowest value for the lowest trim type of your vehicle. They price their car with a guide which shows the highest price for that type of vehicle with the premium trim package. Come on guys be fair and accurate use the same guide to price and evaluate the trade as well as the asking price for your vehicle. If you deal with these people Make sure you get a signed contract. The contract should reflect the price you agree your trade is worth as well as the final price for the vehicle you intend to purchase. Make sure the contract shows the vin# of the vehicle you intend to purchase. Do a google search on the vin# your interested in. This dealership maintains several websites and the asking price is not the same on all of them. Make your offers based on the lowest price you see them advertising. Take a printed copy of the advertised price. I'm sure they use the alternate websites to bait and switch. The sales manager (Steve) actually had the audacity to tell me the printout I showed him was not a site the dealership maintained. Later his web people were brought down from the upstairs office to apologize for the misrepresentation. Be sure if your buying a certified used vehicle you get a certificate indicating so. It will identify which items are still covered by a remaining warranty and will be your only way to identify your coverage. Make sure your certificate shows the vin# of the vehicle you're purchasing. I had to ask for this several times while being pressured to buy an extended warranty package. Make sure you don't sign any forms which are not filled out. They wanted me to sign a vehicle registration form with no information on it. make sure to read and understand the entire financing form. When I got to the finance office the amount of my trade was $500 less than what was agreed to. Ultimately I did purchase a car from them but my reason for doing so was due to my credit rating and they were able to get me financed even though its an absurdly high rate. I cant fault them for that as my credit score was my own doing. Their ability to get me financing is the only reason why this deal didn't fall through. Oh and one last thought get someone to fill up the tank before they give you the keys. Any dealer woth half a xxxx would do that without being asked... More
I went in on Presidents Day thinking I could purchase a car, but they was having a problem finding a bank to finance me.I left thinking that's it, but a day later Charis called me. I drove my brand new Chrysler 200 off the lot today. I was so discourage but now I feel like I'm on top of the world. I finally purchased my first car. Once I met Joey he made me feel comfortable, he took the time to listen to my dilemma and advised me which was the best way to go forward. Yes almost every company builds minivans, but the hospitality that I received at Giuffre and Chrysler being the founders of minivans won me over. The manager Danny, and his efforts to make the deal happened were unmatched. I recommend everyone to go and see Giuffre first. More
