I was looking for a Cadillac CTS-V on EBAY, when I came upon the listing through Chicago Cars Direct. I sent them an e-mail on a Sunday afternoon, and within 20 minutes got a reply from Mark Kanter. He told me some info about the car and said if I wanted to ask some questions I could call him now. I was very surprised by this. I followed up with him on Monday and explained what I was looking for and asked about the car they had. He even made a 13 minute video for me going over the entire car. We agreed on everything and I booked a flight from Akron-Canton to Chicago. His porter picked me up and we went to the dealership. The facility was spotless, and I then met Earl in finance. Spent maybe 30 minutes with Earl and that was it, I was driving my new vehicle back to Ohio. I would absolutely recommend them and the entire process to anyone. I had been looking for a short time for a nice, clean and well taken care of Trailblazer SS. It turns out they just aren't very easy to find. Long story short I ended up seeing one from Chicago Direct. I quickly emailed Tom about it and had nearly immediate response! Called and talked with him for a while and there were a couple things that I didn't like cosmetically with the truck. Tom had them taken care of before we even hit the road to go and look at it. Upon arrival he met us with a firm handshake and introduction. They have a very nice office/waiting area and it's a very inviting atmosphere. Went in the back to look at the vehicle and it was just as described to me over the phone. No surprises or hidden/covered up issues. ZERO "dealer" pressure. Just an amazing experience. Paper work was fast and painless and the entire thing took us less then an hour from start to finish. If anyone is looking for amazing service, very nice higher end cars, and excellent up front prices then Chicago Cars Direct is the place to go. I will definitely be buying more in the future!! More
