Bad service Every time I go for just oil Change they take about 3 to 4 hours and price every time is different like 46$ 43$ 49$ like they don't have any set price Every time I go for just oil Change they take about 3 to 4 hours and price every time is different like 46$ 43$ 49$ like they don't have any set price as a dealer and also one time I change oil I went home next day I'm going to work I see on the ground oil licking so I run to dealer to see where is the lick from so they came back sorry filter or gasket wasn't tide so if I don't see that I was going to drive the track with out engine oil the reason I go there and bay more money because I think they number one but I gest they r not so I stopped going there and I just use small shop they change oil in 15 minutes I'm out and price same every time . And Today is my bad day 12/6/2014 I had some work need to be done in my track so I decide to go there to check my transmission fluid and differential oil ok they take my track to just check it toke them about 3 hours came back to me with you need to do 1- front brakes and rotors fix 279$ 2-transmission fluid 364$. 3-differential oil front 139$and rear 179$ 4-balance tires 79$ So I told him ok add every thing up and give me the total price he said 1095$ and I give you 75$ discount =1020$ +tax that what he said I said ok call me when u done from 8:30am he call me at 3pm a went to pick up my track he said your receipt is 1193$ and change I said why we went to 1193$ he said tax tax like I'm stupid I said tax for 1020$ can't be 173$ then finally he listen and fix it to 1083.19$ and I paid go home because I see he try it to robbed me for like extra 110$ I said let me add the prices up home to make sure which is 279+364+139+179+79= 1040$ omg not 1095$ so he still Robb me for an extra 55$ Thank you mr. Barker 1300 service advisor by the way my track is 2013 with 48322miles so is not old I will recommend every body not to go there and I will never go there no more this is a thief place sorry for the long story ???? ???? ?????? ?? ?????? this Arabic words just says ((Don't go there and says let me see they will get you don't )) More

on 2-2014 I purchased a 2011 chev camaro ss convertable from this dealer. I worked with Cesar & sales manager.After getting the paper work signed it was closing and dark. the car came with the warranty fro from this dealer. To qualify the auto must pass a 192 point inspaction and the top magment must sign off as it passed. When i got home their were aprox 8 items that were broked or hidded as were discovered by my dealer westside chevrolet of katy tx,There was a water leak on the driver door because they had not followed the G>M> update bulliton to fix this. The carper in the rear is rotten due to the long term water damage from this window leak, Top did not work broken ribs bars also rear end problems. I called chevrolet of jersey city in jersey city N.J. and got put in voice mail time after time. i left a bunch of messages no would talk to me. The final item is they did not enter my certifed preowned warranty info into the G.M. computer. After three weeks after calling G.M. and dealer we sent a fax to the director of finace. He called 2 days later and gave me the cert number that shows my warranty is entered.They took the money and ran.I have never encountered this before. i am 66 yrs old so they stuck it to me.Please dont trust this bunch. People like this rotten group can spoil a experiance for all ! jim loftin More
