Smooth I went to Chevrolet of Jersey City intended to purchase an 2015 Equinox that I already did some homework before going. When I got there, I was told that they did not have the vehicle I was looking for, however they have the 2016 edition with the better specs available with about the same price (even better...). The purchase process took some time, but was generally smooth. They are straight forward and friendly. Good experience. More
