Good Customer Service My car buying experience started with Nelson and ended up with Khalid. The experience was a good one, especially with the internet guy Denzel who kept My car buying experience started with Nelson and ended up with Khalid. The experience was a good one, especially with the internet guy Denzel who kept me informed about the Impala I was looking at. When it came to signing the paperwork, it wasn't the best experience. I just felt like the guy was rushing. It also seemed like he thought I didn't know anything about buying cars. He kept telling me things that were not true like about the documentation fees and other fees not being negotiable. He wanted me to rush through the signing of the paperwork especially when he saw me reading the documents and taking time to ask him questions about what I was signing. More

Excellent customer service! Chan Yam was extremely helpful and patient with my elderly relative who was in the market for a new car. He went above and beyond to assist us in the car leasing process. There are no words to express the patience and kindness he demonstrated throughout the entire process. Manager Kevin Hayes was also very helpful in getting him the best deal. The car, itself, a 2017 red Chevy Malibu, is beautiful. Thank you all for your assistance.
