Called and got an appointment for the next day, I ended up canceling last minute the day of appointment with no problem. Then rescheduled the next day for an appointment and got scheduled for the day after up canceling last minute the day of appointment with no problem. My 2020 Bolt had the battery problem and it finally surfaced on Thanksgiving day. I called the next morning and Betty got me an appointment even though their service folks were booked full. Then when t surfaced on Thanksgiving day. I called the next morning and Betty got me an appointment even though their service folks were booked full.
