I went there to sell my vehicle. I was dealing with Joey Koch (sales manager). At first, everything went well, he was very friendly. He inspected my vehicle and test drove it. Next, I was dealing with Joey Koch (sales manager). At first, everything went well, he was very friendly. He inspected my vehicle and test drove it. Next, he asked for the title and kept the key with him and proceeded to go into his office to do the research. When he came out after about 15 minutes, he asked me how much I wanted for it and told him the ongoing price $58k. At the moment, he became very confrontational and disrespectful by saying to me "You only payed $50k for it new and now you want to make a profit of $8k" then he said we can give you $52k for it. (I have already gotten an offer for $55k earlier from another dealership). I told him that I already got a higher offer and got off my chair ready to leave and I asked him to bring me the title and the key so I could leave now. He said to me " I already spent 30 minutes on that, give me another 10 minutes to do more research and see what I can do." At that point, I felt like a hostage. He gave me no choice but to stay and wait for him. After about another 10 minutes of waiting, he came back with a better offer of $55k. I said to him that I will consider his offer and that I have a few other dealerships to go to before I make a decision. He then said "If you stay and make the deal, I will give you $56k and give you a ride home." I was seriously considering his offer but decided to leave and go check with the other dealerships nearby. When I got done with everything, I texted Joey back and asked him if his offer of $56k was still on the table. He replied " Give me some time to work on it. I'll call you. We're still waiting on some bids from other dealers." I then waited 20 minutes for his reply and never heard from him so I went to another dealership that wanted my vehicle for $55k. It was such a bad experience for me and I think it is important for other potential customer to be aware of this lack of professionalism. This manager conducted himself with such a lack of maturity and diplomacy. I was always respectful of him as anyone should be. In my opinion, Joey Koch should not be in such a position. He is not ready or just not made to be dealing with the public. I hope to hear from the owner(s) with some explanation of why this happened. More
Please avoid this place. I am completely distraught over the crook like behavior they all displayed today. I was able to out deal the manager and left to think about offer. Came back only for him to say “Oh, that’s not the truck we offered you.” Obviously to try and screw me and make up the money he couldn’t make by swaying me into a bad deal. Then he proceeded to ding my credit multiple times after I said I would be comparing offers to other dealers. I come back with 4K cash and my trade in and he retracts and says he offered me a white ford and that this truck sold within an hour of me coming back. Obviously a crook like tactic to screw me again. I have legal documentation proving what they offered specifically which vehicle as well. Now I have multiple dings can’t get another truck because of it and now I’m inconvenienced all over them wanting to bank on me. They take advantage and it’s obvious. The picture is proof. I will be taking this as far as humanly possible. In which they know I’ll probably be at their mercy. More
We just drove off the lot with our new (used) Tahoe. 1 star because 0 isn't an option. From the salesman blowing our speakers, to telling me the "clicking/clanking" sound in my front end is water "sloshing" around in my battery, to it taking 3 people, 2 blowing our speakers, to telling me the "clicking/clanking" sound in my front end is water "sloshing" around in my battery, to it taking 3 people, 2 dealerships, 3 trips, 400+ miles, and 2-3 weeks to simply install a trailer brake module (4 wires, pre-wired from factory,) to the Service Manager Scott blowing off our appointment. I have a copy of my service records, from day 1. They paint a picture of laziness, incompetence, and scamming behavior. Avoid this dealership at all cost. Doing business here will cost you lots of time, energy, frustration, and money. More

Would not recommend them at all to anyone. No one would get back to me on a break down of the numbers for days, And kept getting emails from them saying they are interested to buy my vehicle, keep telling get back to me on a break down of the numbers for days, And kept getting emails from them saying they are interested to buy my vehicle, keep telling them won't sell, just trade. Then when a deal was made, DREW TODD refused to send a purchase order to me/my bank so I can get the financing through my bank, so I can get the low loan rate and payment I want, wants it done in house, through them, witch my bank said it does not garenteed to be the same as what we talked about.
