Travis was and is a pleasure to work with , right from his initial call to us (as a personal reference from our friend Pete Smith) and during our appointment in person at the dealership that we set up to his initial call to us (as a personal reference from our friend Pete Smith) and during our appointment in person at the dealership that we set up to look at a car he had specifically called for us to see , and right up to 2 weeks after our purchase during our phone conversations. Travis is easy to work with and absolutely no pressure about anything ever. We were happy with the sales price and our only concerns with Chevrolet of Everett occurred during our signing of the closing documents. Things were not explained or spelled out clearly for us . After 10 minutes of “hey how do you do” , we were hit with a flurry of paperwork showing much higher monthly payments than originally told.. without clear explanation. To this day we are still not clear as to just what we paid for above and beyond the sales price and required fees. Who, What, and Where is Ethos ? What is the $2,499 service charge listed on our agreement. Is Ethos a part of GM ? No paperwork was provided that clearly defines and outlines each of the warranties , their cost , and their timeline. During the very fast conversation, we were scrambling to take hurried notes (mostly mental )and the day after couldn’t decipher most anything that was discussed during that meeting. We need more information defining what we paid for. Perhaps there is a booklet defining detailed coverage and the cost of each area of coverage and the timeline? It would’ve been helpful to have it explained and shown to us to also include the original figures we were told (without any warranties) and to compare that with other options available ( with warranties) if one chooses. Also, we were told during our paper signing that a Gwen would be calling us the next day or two. It’s been 2 weeks and we’ve not received a call. We were not asked to call her. I did mention this to Travis as he was the only person that provided us with a business card with contact info. Travis has been great about answering our direct phone calls. He picks right up. More
