Poor communication with service department. Was told vehicle was ready. After I paid for the services I started my vehicle and the check engine light was on. Went back in to service dept and ex Was told vehicle was ready. After I paid for the services I started my vehicle and the check engine light was on. Went back in to service dept and explained. They came back and said they forgot to clear the codes. I left the dealership and made it one block and the problem was still there. Took it back and asked how they didn’t catch this on the test drive after repair? I asked if they read the diagnostics from another mechanic that I left on the seat hopefully concurring the issue. Service person came back with a knew diagnosis. I was told I had to pay for a new fuel pump upfront but it was not in stock. I asked if it could be 3 days, 3 weeks or three months to get the part. I was told it could be indefinite. (2019 GMC Sierra) I asked how they arrived at this diagnosis, are you just throwing darts? I was told “pretty much” I won’t be back. More

The price was wonderful, and Erik was very helpful in getting the purchase order information to my credit union, Schools First, which is out of California. So I purchased through my credit union, and they sent the check to Erik via Fed-Ex, and he informed me that he received it on a Thursday. I had a Church retreat to attend over the weekend and wouldn't be free until Sunday evening. They all made it work! 😊 Erik handled the preliminary paperwork and Derek handled the financial paperwork and I was in and out in under an hour! You cannot beat that! I also live 1.5 hours away and they were very sensitive and accommodating to that reality. It was a very pleasant experience and I recommend it for all! More
