I will be back! I had a very good experience purchasing my new Camaro. David Rector was not only a great salesman, but a genuinely great person! He was patient with me and showed me everything I requested until I narrowed it down to the Camaro. He then graciously showed me the car in multiple colors to help me decide (which can take me quite awhile). After we had negotiated and agreed upon a number, they found a price discrepancy, but David assured me he would do what he could the next day to make sure I got the price agreed upon. The dealership honored their mistake and I was able to purchase my car for the original price. This gave me an extremely high opinion of them. After that, Donnie patiently sat with me and discussed in GREAT detail all of the possible service packages and extended warranties to determine which would be best for me if I purchased one. The cherry on top of my experience was that David not only got me a very thoughtful birthday card (my birthday was in two days) but he called me to let me know he found a $20 bill under the seat of my trade in vehicle! I recalled loosing $20 of my roommates rent money in my car a few months ago, but I had assumed it flew out of the window. As Donnie described him, he might just be too honest for a car salesman, but he truly seems to be a person that does the right thing and I will recommend him and Chevrolet of Dublin to all of my friends and family. More

BAD DEALERSHIP WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! went here on two different occasions to look at 2 different cars. I scheduled a test drive both times and they were confirmed WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! went here on two different occasions to look at 2 different cars. I scheduled a test drive both times and they were confirmed by the salesman. when I got there, apparently both cars were sold months ago. I cant believe I wasted over 35 mins of driving on each trip. When I left the dealership the 2nd time, I was in tears and the salesman that was helping me said I can come back anytime because he is there everyday. I cannot believe what he said to me. ive called twice to even speak to the GM but nobody has returned my phone call. & to think I had $3,000 in my hand ready to put down that day on a car! More

Great attention to detail! I brought my Chevy Equinox in for an oil change. However the mechanic involved noted that the engine was noisy. It ended up needing a new timing c I brought my Chevy Equinox in for an oil change. However the mechanic involved noted that the engine was noisy. It ended up needing a new timing chain. They replaced the timing chain, and a water pump, and did it all under warranty. I had about 49,000 miles on the car. A special "Thanks" to the Service Team (Dane) for the attention to the details, and finding and fixing the problem!! More

Friendly, Professional, and Fast. I was in and out in under an hour with a tire rotation, synthetic oil change and front license plate mounted under my belt. I can honestly say although the location is a bit different to navigate than what I am used to, the exceptional service I received from Robert will have be right back whenever I need my Chevy Cruze worked on. It is the little things that really make it the best, Robert ran my vin to check for any recalls without me asking and was very friendly and professional. I would go back again in a heart beat!! I have been going to another local dealer for my service since I bought my car and I don't like going there. The last car repair, it took the 4 times I have been going to another local dealer for my service since I bought my car and I don't like going there. The last car repair, it took the 4 times of me taking it back to fix the issue. I called them this time and it was going to be over a week to get in. I called Chevrolet of Dublin and got in the net day, they fixed my air conditioner that day and I have had no issues since. They have even called me to see if I was satisfied, which I am!! More

All of the features of the car were clearly demonstrated and explained to me. The financing process took a little longer than I had expected. A few days after my purchase a mistake was found on my paperwork. Instead of having me come back in, the new paperwork was bought to my work which was so convenient and thoughtful. There is also a great TV in the show room and they let me watch the bachelorette while I was waiting!!! Overall great experience. More
