I've rescheduled this appointment three times and everyone that I talked to on the phone was extremely friendly and helpful. Robert is also friendly and helpful and not pushy (which is important to me). He programmed my new keyless entry remote in about five minutes for free and the other dealership charged me $75 or $100 to do the last one. More

Throughout the two day process, Mr. Meade called me numerous times and kept me updated at all times of the progress with my vehicle and with the Cost Guard warranty coverage. I truly appreciate being kept up-to-date regularly. I also appreciate the friendliness and honesty with which I was treated. I will definitely return. More
