Very friendly, non-pressuring, great communication! I was toggling the idea of trading in my used pickup truck for a brand new car. Chevy of Dublin was my first stop in the process b/c I've never owned a Chevy before, but I like what Chevy has to offer. I was greeted by a nice lady named Kathryn in the parking lot. She then helped find me David Rector (my car salesman). David Rector was very friendly right off the rip and was eager to assist me. I told him I was just curious about buying a car, and he was very non-pressuring and just asked questions to help me decide what was best for me in my overall situation. Everyone was very honest and the customer service was outstanding. I've car shopped quite a few times in my adult life, and this experience and crew was THE best I've ever encountered. Ironically, I did not end up buying a new car, but if I'm ever in the market again......I'm stopping here 1st! More

Very helpful I had never been to this dealer before. They kindly gave me a free oil change and looked into a few issues I was having. High QUALITY-Very PROFESSIONAL-FAST Robert MEADE is an EXCELLENT Service Advisor. He welcomed me by name (having never met me) at 6:55am for a 7:00am service appointment. Mr. Meade was Robert MEADE is an EXCELLENT Service Advisor. He welcomed me by name (having never met me) at 6:55am for a 7:00am service appointment. Mr. Meade was very friendly and took care of me throughout my visit to Chevrolet of Dublin. We previewed the service request; Mr. Meade delivered me to the customer lounge for coffee, etc.; he returned to review the service that had been performed; he then gave me a copy of the paperwork for my records and concluded the visit with cheerful sentiments for the rest of my day. He is very professional and responsive. My 2014 Chevy Volt was serviced in 30 minutes and I was on my way by 7:50am...in less than an hour. I will be going to Chevrolet of Dublin for any/all service of my Chevy Volt! More

Setting priorities and getting value I had a lot of deferred maintenance that needed finally catching up. By service advisor worked with me to select the most critical items to do first I had a lot of deferred maintenance that needed finally catching up. By service advisor worked with me to select the most critical items to do first and helped me plan a series of visits to eventually take care of all the items that needed attention. In some cases, the work was must do now. In other cases, the work was must do, but can wait and be grouped with other work to minimize collective cost. I get straight answers and am treated like my money should get its appropriate level of value in return. More

I got my recall done at other GM dealership but was not really sure when I got call from that dealer after one week saying that parts for my recall just arrived and asking when I would like to set up appointment. I was puzzled and mentioned I was there last week for recall and they simply hangup without checking their records. Robert, was kind enough to dig into their records (seems all dealers share the records) and confirmed my car needs the parts to be replaced as part of recall. As a bonus I was pleased with the friendly nature he treated me. More
Hard working Dealership! I had recently graduated from Ohio State back in December 2013 and I have debt that makes it nearly impossible to buy a used vehicle let alone a new v I had recently graduated from Ohio State back in December 2013 and I have debt that makes it nearly impossible to buy a used vehicle let alone a new vehicle. When everyone else made it impossible for me to get into a vehicle, Dublin of Chevrolet put me in a brand new 2014 Sonic LT. I did not make it easy on them and they still treated me with the utmost respect. I could not have asked for a better salesman, David Rector. Fantastic personality and so very kind to everyone. He kept me informed even when he was extremely busy and always knew how to boost my confidence in getting a vehicle that I wanted. Tom of course, I am pretty sure I made it rough for him as well for three days straight but he did everything in his power financially to give me the exact vehicle that I wanted and still treated me like I was important. I could not have been happier the day I drove away with a brand new vehicle. What really lit up my day was the thank you card that I received, where all those who had worked with me had written a little something. These are the things that mean the most and are memories that last a life time. Dublin of Chevrolet, you really marked an important event in my life and you will never be forgotten, I will be back in the future to offer you a new challenge. You all were fantastic.
