Honest and Caring Brought my 2003 Saturn Ion in for the ignition switch recall and due to a problem with the new switch I was placed in a loaner car. In returning the loner car I knew I did not want to continue to drive my old car and just wanted to ask a few questions about the Chevy Cruze. With no pressure and in a very short time, I left with my brand new Chevy Cruze. If more sales professionals were like David Rector the car buying/leasing experience would be amazing for everyone. No pressure, just a great time. However, when I had called after a month to inquire about the delay of the parts/installation ...this service employee was abrupt and rude. Thank God this was NOT the issue. My appointment was early morning and exhausted I was met with courteous and friendly service. And most important the wait was NOT long. I would also like to acknowledge Melissa for her professionalism from start to completion of the process. The degree of customer service and attention to details displayed was impressive. More

He performed some diagnostics and found the issue quickly, and corrected it. We also have had issues with the ignition hesitating at various times. I was afraid it would be the starter. No other dealer had been able to recreate the issue to diagnose it. Shaun was able to though! He and his tech found out that it is a known issue within GM and there is no repair needed. And SHAUN TOLD ME THIS! I about fell out of my chair-a dealer saying no corrective action! Shaun was great, his team was great...Definitely have earned my business!!! More

I was a stranded interstate motorist from Ky! He went out of his way to assist me with my transmission problems by frequent calling, explanations, and persistence with GM to provide at least a 'goodwill' payment. At the end, my costs were held down to the lowest estimate. Thanks so much to you, Shaun! Thanks Chevrolet of Dublin for having a great service manager and service department!! More

Pleasant Buying Experience Chevrolet of Dublin mailed me a card for a free oil change for my Chevy vehicle. I was looking at cars on the lot and David Rector approached me. I needed a second car so my soon to be 16 year old son could have my car. David was fantastic! He was patient, listened to me, helped me decide on a vehicle right for me, and did everything possible to get me in my budget. Now I have a new 2014 Equinox. David is very pleasant to work with and is not pushy. He made me feel comfortable with the buying experience. I would highly recommend David and Chevrolet of Dublin! More

Oil Change and recall check I was always VERY skeptical about taking a car to a dealer for any service. You always hear how it costs a lot more and not worth the effort. But afte I was always VERY skeptical about taking a car to a dealer for any service. You always hear how it costs a lot more and not worth the effort. But after coming to this dealership a few months ago with a friend to buy their car, I figured I would at least take my Chevy here once to get checked out since it was fairly new (I bought it at a different location). Not only was I remembered 5 months later, but I was greeted like family. Everything was spelled out to me and the price was WAY less than the local "quick service" oil changes. I wasn't up-sold on any "special" oil. I have never felt like I could trust a dealership to treat me so well and not try to sell me a car every time I walked in the door. I highly recommend taking your car here even once. Robert was fantastic at keeping me up to date on the service of my car, and David is a great guy if you are actually looking to buy a car. He sold my friend his car, and is very friendly. I have had my share of bad customer experiences at dealerships, but this place changed my perception and I plan on only bringing my car here from now on. I will be telling all my friends and family about my experience and how AWESOME it was! The price was even less than the speedy oil places. I will be back!! More
