I take my car in for everything and ALL of the service, people, body shop folks and mechanics have been great. never, EVER any issues of any kind getting service work done. There is no condensation because I am a woman and I fail to understand how anyone can complain of that - don't like somebody's manner? The door isn't locked so just walk out. There is no high pressure for repairs I do not need. I had the driver side door get caught and whipped back in a wind storm and had to have it replaced. No BS, no issues, no problem getting that done. Had an altercation with the wall in my garage and needed some body work done. No BS, no issues, no problem getting that done. All oil changes are taken care of quickly and efficiently. If there are 7 cars in front of you and you have to wait but don't like the waiting area, look around there are several other places to sit and wait for your car. And if the coffee pot is empty, hmmm, let's see how do we fix that? Oh, I know! Ask the folks sitting at the deck right next to the waiting area to make another pot! WOW! What a Ingenious idea. Get real and complain about something legitimate or go sit with salesman Big John - he's always a delight to chat with. More

Saturday Service I took my vehicle in on a Saturday to deal with a recall. I had an appointment a short time after open that I was going to walk to while waiting for I took my vehicle in on a Saturday to deal with a recall. I had an appointment a short time after open that I was going to walk to while waiting for my car. Chris in the Service Dept would NOT let me walk because it there are no sidewalks for part of the street. Even though there is no shuttle service on Saturday, he made sure someone took me to my appointment AND picked me up after. I won't take my car anywhere else. Customer Service can't be beat. More
