In early May, I started receiving numerous notices via mail and email that the car was due for service. Since this isn't my first new car, I was well aware that it was due for service. On 5-23-14, I attempted to make the 45 minute drive drive to Charlie's Dodge in Maumee to get my oil changed. When I pulled in, I was told that it would be a 2 hour wait to get the oil change performed. Not having the 2 extra hours to sit and wait, I left. The following Tuesday, I attempted to call Charlie's Dodge in Maumee to get an appointment to get my oil changed. I was advised that they would not give me an appointment for an oil change, and that I would have to sit and wait for the service to be done, regardless of how long it would take. I also contacted the Dodge Customer Service Line. They called Charlie's Dodge in Maumee, and was told that the slow time would be about 2:30 in the afternoon. So I guess my grand daughters can just stand at the door of their school, and wait for me to pick them up, since Charlie's Dodge in Maumee does not accept appointments for a simple oil change. This has to be the most UNFRIENDLY, USELESS customer service I have ever seen !!! More

Charlie's Dodge and Mike Enix made the purchase of my new Dodge Ram effortless. I applied for financing on line, and talked with Mike on phone about what options I wanted prior to ever stepping foot int new Dodge Ram effortless. My husband and I actually thought we were going to Yark to look at some new and used vehicles, but we are so glad we happened upon Charlie's Dodge!!! We had been thinking about purchasing a new (or used) to look at some new and used vehicles, but we are so glad we happened upon Charlie's Dodge!!! We had been thinking about purchasing a new (or used) truck, and was just looking around, when Sales Rep. Ben Meyer approached us. Ben is wonderful! He took the time to listen to our needs and wants, and he didn't have that "pushy" salesmen "make a quick deal" attitude. After he listened to us, he knew just what we were looking for! I would highly recommend Charlie's Dodge and especially Ben Meyer if you are in the market for a new vehicle. Ben knows his stuff, and is very knowledgeable about the cars and trucks that are on the lot. He spent close to 3 hours with us, took us for a test drive, and explained alot of the features the truck had to offer...he even got us some great incentives on the purchase of a new truck. A big shout out to Kent Allison in the Financing Department too..Kent was great and made the financing paperwork a breeze! Overall, our experience was wonderful..we drove away with a new vehicle and we are extremely happy with our purchase and our experience at Charlie's Dodge...we will definitely be recommending Ben Meyer to all of our family and friends in the market for a new car!
