Me and my husband was the typical car buyer. We stopped at Charlie's and was met by Ben. We told him the "JUST LOOKING" speech. He said that's a good place to start. My husband stopped by to buy a gallon of antifreeze for our new car. We were quoted $25 for a gallon. It ended up being $54 a gallon. Parts called Ben and he arrived in parts and apologized. Ben himself, took the thirty dollars out of his pocket to pay the difference and apologized for the mis-quote. Now ask yourself, how many salesman would take $30 out of there pocket even though it was not there mistake? Once again Ben THANK YOU!!!
