My husband and I actually thought we were going to Yark to look at some new and used vehicles, but we are so glad we happened upon Charlie's Dodge!!! We had been thinking about purchasing a new (or used) truck, and was just looking around, when Sales Rep. Ben Meyer approached us. Ben is wonderful! He took the time to listen to our needs and wants, and he didn't have that "pushy" salesmen "make a quick deal" attitude. After he listened to us, he knew just what we were looking for! I would highly recommend Charlie's Dodge and especially Ben Meyer if you are in the market for a new vehicle. Ben knows his stuff, and is very knowledgeable about the cars and trucks that are on the lot. He spent close to 3 hours with us, took us for a test drive, and explained alot of the features the truck had to offer...he even got us some great incentives on the purchase of a new truck. Me and my husband was the typical car buyer. We stopped at Charlie's and was met by Ben. We told him the "JUST LOOKING" speech. He said that's a good place to start. He went over both buying options,and never pressured us on buying. Ben is a very professional, NOT YOUR TYPICAL SALESMAN, Here is why. My husband stopped by to buy a gallon of antifreeze for our new car. We were quoted $25 for a gallon. It ended up being $54 a gallon. Parts called Ben and he arrived in parts and apologized. Ben himself, took the thirty dollars out of his pocket to pay the difference and apologized for the mis-quote. Now ask yourself, how many salesman would take $30 out of there pocket even though it was not there mistake? Once again Ben THANK YOU!!!
