The service here is a joke. I inquired about several different vehicles of his every time got unfriendly answers. One time I asked if one of his vehicles cross bars for the roof rack were adjustable. Really friendly! I walked in without an appointment (not realizing I needed one) and Jim, the owner took me right over to the cars he had. I have owned a Subaru for 9 years and wanted to replace the vehicle. During the last six months I have done research on newer models, consumer reviews, and availability. This has been the worst buying experience EVER! We bought a subaru that after THREE WEEKS has had the clutch replaced, the transmission replaced and NOW the catalytic converter needs to be replaced! NO HELP from Mr. Gerow, so unless he steps up to help with this, we will have to pursue it legally. DON'T BUY HERE, it's a BIG MISTAKE! More

Charleston Auto Sales had a nice selection of used Subarus most of which seemed to be in very good condition and priced under blue boo about Subarus!
