The service was very good. Mike was knowledgeable of the model that we were interested in and answered all our questions thoroughly. He showed us how to use the car's new tech, such as navigation and setti model that we were interested in and answered all our questions thoroughly. I brought my car in for service -oil change and timing belt replacement. The work was completed early and they call to let me know I could pick up the car. When i got there it had been raining for sever belt replacement. The work was completed early and they call to let me know I could pick up the car. When i got there it had been raining for several hours. My car was out in the lot with the window open. The passenger seat and floor were full of water. The service desk person tried his best - even ran out in the rain (no coat or anything) to get my car and bring it in the shop. He tried to vacum out the water as best he could. I call the dealership on Monday to talk to them regarding the good job the service desk person did but also to ask about their process for bring cars out in the lot. The manager was "busy" and would have to call me back. He never did! More

Tom and the service manager were extremely knowledgeable. They took care of items that were not working correctly or were missing from the used vehicle purchased in May 2012. They told me when the parts would be in and how long it would take to install the items. When I brought the vehicle it took part of one day to install the driver side mirror, head rest and the corner cover for the roof rack. It now looks brand new. Will bring the vehicle and buy a vehicle over and over from this Toyota location as long as Tom C. is there. At first Michael seemed like a very knowledgable salemen until he was asked to backup what his facts, such as repair history, previous owners, etc. We didn't end up buying the car even though we liked it. This was because of the honesty of the dealership. Michael was extremely rude and will take advantage of anyone who doesn't know how to ask the tough questions when buying a used car. He got very defensive when caught in a blatant lie. My brother just purchased a car from a different Toyota dealership in new hampshire and was treated well. He was given a full tank of gas when he left the dealership, but Charles Toyota and Michael were generous enough to put just under 1/8th of a tank of gas once tje sale was complete. Toyota... You make great cars but customers do not buy one from Charles! More

I've always recommended Charles Toyota to all my friends. I requested service to have new tires and to inspect the vehicle, a 2000 Camry, prior to my daughter taking it to college with her. I called on Monday morning, had an appointment for the next day, droppe vehicle, a 2000 Camry, prior to my daughter taking it to college with her. All my questions were answered,a quote provided, the work done, and I was pleased with the work. Our purchase experience with them is just ok. One thing I didn't like is that, after we agreed on a price and signed some paperwork, the salesman told us the price included a $500 manufacturer rebate. Although it is excluded after some negotiations, I think this is a tactic they shouldn't use in the first place. More
