Every time I call to schedule an appointment and show up for work to be completed I am greeted with a smile, a friendly face and peaple that listen to me. The Matrix I bought from this dealership about 3 years ago sold not only me, but also my Ford/GM/Chrysler lock-minded, dear wife of 37 years over to the Toyota product line. After having my wife go through every step of this process with me, this time, you now have cemented in two very long term customers and proponents of your business instead of just myself. Just by happenstance Jason was the dealer that sold me the '09 Matrix as well. The Tacoma we bought is flawless in everyway. I fully anticipate it will continue to operate in that manner just as my matrix has for the last 3 years. As far as the personalities of Jason, Tom and the owner, I always felt welcomed into a place they all loved to work at. It's always about the people. All of you are fine, honest, up-front, and fair. Believe me, after 40 years in the military as active duty and now as a contractor, my xx detector is finely tuned and never did an alarm go off. The price given for the trade-in was in the target range I had hoped for, considering I was trading in a vehicle I'd buy if I was in the market for that type of used vehicle. (Believe me, someone is getting a primo cared for hemi Durango that is PREFECT, Slick50 treated engine, 4-volume FSM included and all) The price for the Tacoma right from the start de-fanged any thoughts of me trying to bargain down the price. Sometimes searching the internet is to a dealerships advantage, as in this case. More

I came to the dealership as I was shopping around for a good new or used car that I could fit into with payments and also like the car. The sales person approached and dove right in with a 2009 Toyota Cor good new or used car that I could fit into with payments and also like the car. The sales person approached and dove right in with a 2009 Toyota Corolla. Come to find out it was only his 3rd week there. James has been very pleasant, not pushy and always willing to find out information he is not sure on. I worked with several people in the dealership who did all they could to make the deal go through and make it fit. It was a great team effort. There are a few issues with the car with the main one being taken care of...strut caps which have been repaired and battery terminals cleaned. I put a call in to Forrest in service on 9/13/11 referred by James for the following remaining items: CD player not working Car driver seat sliding back and forth/not secure driver side passenger door does not lock or unlock with keyless entry or door button-must be manually pushed and pulled. I have not heard back from anyone as of yet and today is 9/15/11. Respectfully, Lisa Durrett More
I inquired about a car over the phone which I found on cars.com. When I got to the dealership I was told I can look at the car, but can't test drive it because the clutch was broken. I drove one hour to t cars.com. When I got to the dealership I was told I can look at the car, but can't test drive it because the clutch was broken. I drove one hour to the dealership for nothing. I did however put a deposit on the car after haggling over price leaving then getting a call 2 minutes later to come back and they would except my offer. We aggread on things that needed to be taken care of before I come back and test drive it. I arrive back to test drive and was told when I got there that I can drive it but the airbag was not in the car so excuse the hole in steering wheel. I drove the car and found a few issues. They said they would take care of it and I gave them several days to fix them before I drove down for a third time. I was told I would be in and out in a short time. Of course I wasn't. Last minute they realized car needed to be emission tested. The car failed do to the fact a new battery was put in and a drive cycle needed to be done on it. I had to drive car home and some one had to pick car up to get it tested again. Last 5 minutes of my ride home check engine light comes on. As of now I have a loner from I and my car is in your shop. Btw I had asked for a full tank of gas because car had a quarter tank and would barely make it back home. More
