I have wanted and needed a newer car for years, but didn't think I had the means. I had a clunker of a car and an existing car loan. After shopping around at other dealerships for a while and being unimpressed and underwhelmed I decided to try Charles Toyota. My mother purchased a car there five years ago and has had nothing but wonderful things to say about everyone there. I arrived on a Friday to peruse and by Tuesday I was driving off in a used car -- only two years old with few miles that I could afford. They helped me take care of my existing loan and find a car that was the perfect fit for me and my busy lifestyle (two jobs and an aggressive, almost full-time hobby.) I was greeted with a smile and immediately I felt like their top priority. The sales and finance staff were kind and receptive. From the moment I walked in there until the moment I left I was taken care of. Once I received the car they made sure everything was to my liking, had answers to my wide array of questions and offered support in areas I was lacking knowledge in. I never once felt cheated, undermined or belittled. I would recommend Charles Toyota to anyone in search of a relaxed, beneficial car buying experience. More

In the event that they find something unexpected, they make sure to explain the situation completely and give me an idea of what additional charges to expect. Their service people are always welcoming and helpful. In addition, they provide a pleasant waiting room, with coffee, tea and a vending machine for additional snacks if the wait is long. Thanks to Charles Toyota, my 2002 Toyota Prius STILL gets about 50 miles per gallon in the summer, and over 40 in the winter. I'm very satisfied with the service my Prius and I get at Charles Toyota. Reiko our salesman was excellent. He helped us trade in our two cars for a new one. He helped us get one car to the dealership that wasn't working so we could trade it in. When it came to financing my vehicle, Tommy Couture worked so hard with several financial institutions to get me the deal I wanted, and could afford. They gave me more than I imagined for my trade-in and showed me the paperwork.....Other dealerships wouldn't do that and try to "hide" the numbers.
