The customer lounge is very comfortable with a good flat screen TV tuned into a great news channel. Plussssssssssssss donuts. You hardly ever see that anymore. They got me in and out in approx. 1 hr. Plus the general manager stopped over to talk to me. It was a real nice experience. More

It was the day after a holiday and I didn't call before I showed up. They listened to what my problem was with the idle on my car, it was also time for my 15,000 mile service and I mentioned the coupons that showed up. They took me in and within two hours had everything completed plus my problem with the idle solved. The customer lounge was very clean and entertaining. My service man was extremely helpful in determining what I needed to do to keep my car running smooth. I also met the manager of the dealership again who always makes it a point to stop by and say hello. My whole experience has always been great and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Mazda. More
I think the price for an oil change is awesome. The waiting area is one of the best I have ever seen. I've been to others and they are not so comfortable. This is my first Mazda purchase. I am happy with this car at this point. I wanted to make note that the main reason I decided to go with Champman Mazda (and Mazda overall) was due to one of your sales a car at this point. She was friendly, courteous, and ABOVE ALL...a no pressure sales person. I just moved to AZ and have interacted with a good number of sales people. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience with the exception of Chapman Mazda. Roxanne was the ONLY person that respected my request for no phone calls or emails. She let me drive our interaction. I greatly appreciated her business manner and want you to know that she represents your organization in an EXCELLENT manner. More
Warranty service and Oil Change. VVT Actuator making noise on my wife's 2007 CX-7. Oil change needed and Visor clips were broken. The repairs I had seemed somewhat duplicated within the span of 6mos. My car is aging and many parts I understand will break down over time. I'm pleased with the service at Chapman and the recent repair has finally got my car performing well again. The Chapman service team does a good job with performance issues with my car. The customer service is excellent and clearly fills the gap when difficult repairs are required and become cumbersome. More
Up until this point I've been very satisfied with Mazda. The visit prior to this I was getting multiple things done to the car and I was not informed that a part had been ordered. When I received a call that a part was in I was on vacation and unavailable. The next time I was called the lady I spoke to was quite rude about the part "being there a long time". Considering I was unaware a part was even ordered in the first place and had been on vacation I'm not sure that it was necessary to be rude to a customer on the phone. Norm was much better to deal with and was able to get me in later in the week when it would work with my schedule. More
