I was very worried about the hail damage to my new 2010 Mazda Miata MX-5. Dan Harwell was very understanding and assured me that the body shop would do a good job. He was right. When the guy came in to tell me everything that needed to be done to my car, I looked down at the estimate and was under the impression that it was $0 for the three extra things that he said my car could not be done to my car, I looked down at the estimate and was under the impression that it was $0 for the three extra things that he said my car could not live without. Well to my surprise, when all was said and done, I ended up paying $320 more than I went there for...all I wanted was an oil change and I kind of feel like I was taken advantage of because I am a young woman that doesn't know much about cars! I know I should have asked the price before it was all done, but I also feel like he was trying to be deceiving by not telling me the price straight forward. Otherwise he was very nice. More

Never before have I had a Dealership service my auto but I was very impressed with the service I have been given. Not only were did the service personnel impress me, I felt reassured knowing that the dealer I was very impressed with the service I have been given. Not only were did the service personnel impress me, I felt reassured knowing that the dealership was part of the BBB. I will continue to use this dealership's service department to service my Mazda 5. The one thing I have to say is that the dealership phone number should be listed on all printed materials sent out. I do not like to do business via a website. More

The waiting room had a computer for use by waiting customers, a tv which was, thank goodness, muted, comfy chairs, comfy temperature, fresh coffee and donuts. The maintenance my car required was done very quickly, in about 2 hours. The price was okay, but I do wish it had been lower. I felt this survey required too much of an effort - I am disgruntled that I have to "register" - Sigh..... More

Amber is so lovely you don't even mind paying your bill. Pete Pabst is always looking for ways to save the customer money by combining mechanical jobs. ie ,while your engine is torn apart we might as well do this. Pete is a ideal of what every dealership wishes they had in a service manange. Additionally he loves his job and it shows. I took one of my 3 Miatas in for an oil change and left with a new 2010 Miata. Now that what I call salesmanship. Thank you MATT !!!! Frances Paresa More
I had an engine prolem with a used Miata I bought from the dealership. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get the car fixed and they absorbed their fair share of the cost for a problem the dealership. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get the car fixed and they absorbed their fair share of the cost for a problem that was not their fault even though Mazda corporate declined any participation. I commend the store for doing the right thing and I will be a future service and sales customer thanks to the way they handled this situation. Thanks to Jesse, Dave and Norm for getting my wife's Miata back on the road, hopefully for many trouble free years. More

I bought my Mazda couple months ago and started hearing some noise from the back side few days ago. Got an appointment from Norman to check the car. They were nice as always and the free shuttle service wa some noise from the back side few days ago. Got an appointment from Norman to check the car.
