A great example was yesterday when I brought my car in for routine service. I had told the service representative that the tire pressure sensor light had come on the day before. Any other dealer would have told me to fill it up myself and that would have taken care of the problem. I knew I could just fill it up myself, but the service representative was very helpful and had already said he would have his technicians take care of it. I like working with Chapman Mazda and will definitely be going to them for all my service needs. More
