This was my third vehicle purchase and it has been, by far, the best experience I have had. Roxanne was super nice the minute she walked up to me and my mom. Told her exactly what I was looking for, and invited us in to see what she had in inventory. I forgot my id at home, and by the time I got back she had "The" car that I wanted. The test drive was perfect, and she gave me details on a number of things regarding the car and purchase. When we got back from the test drive and started writing up the papers, Roxanne asked what price I was looking to pay and came back the FIRST time with an acceptable offer!!! I was amazed to say the least. I walked out of the dealership 3 hours later (also amazed me) with the exact car I wanted! Its has been one week today, already took a trip to Vegas and I absolutely love my Mazda!! Zoom Zoom, Angela :) More

The whole team went to great lengths to see that I got the car that I wanted even though it was difficult to find. They were extremely pleasant in their greetings each time we visited. Once again, I had a great experience at Chapman Mazda. Pete Pabst took great care of me, and was able to help me out. I was a long time Honda fan, but ended up visiting Chapman Mazda. I ended up purchasing a Mazda 3HB and although I love the car, I am so very impressed with the dealership, I will most definately see Chapman Mazda. The service department has gone out of their way to make me happy, and have even told me I didn't need to spend what I expected to pay... saving me my hard earned cash over and over again. My wife's RX-8 went in for auto transmission issues. I was concerned that to learn that the transmission needed replacement at 59000 miles and that this would be an major issue. Josh was very professional was concerned that to learn that the transmission needed replacement at 59000 miles and that this would be an major issue. Josh was very professional, assured me that the problem was still under warranty and arranged for a loaner car. I had the necessary 60k service and a few minor issues performed at the same time, some of it had already been done by me and another shop, but I didn't get the hard sell to do unnecessary work. The vehicle was done on time, delivered clean and all the work seems fine. Very pleased and would recommend them for service work. My only negatives are minor, the book labor rate for a few of the minor issues repaired seemed steep, I am likely to do those myself next time. Also I failed to inquire about the warranty on the new transmission and no one thought to inform me. More
