We drove from Tucson because the prices were better. Eith construction and sand storm it took us 2 hours to get there and we arrived shortly before closing.However-Henry and Pablo met us in the lot and were construction and sand storm it took us 2 hours to get there and we arrived shortly before closing.However-Henry and Pablo met us in the lot and were happy to see us. We test drove 2 cars and couldn't decide-all of the prices were better than we had hoped for and much more to choose from. We decided on the Scion XD andit was about 10pm before everything was finishe. We offered to come back the next day to finish but they didn't want us to have to drive back. I never felt pressured or uneasy-I felt like I was with friends. Nobody glanced at their watch or mumbled under their breath-they truly seemed to be happy to be helping.They even made sure we were safe to make the long drive home that late. After not having a car for 3 years-it was nice to drive home.If car buying was always that easy and unstressful-people would buy cars more often! I will reccomend and use Chapman again! More

Chapman Mazda was great - I made the service appointment online and am glad to say when I arrived it was not a surprise! My issue was taken care of and we opted for the 30,000 mile service after Josh exp online and am glad to say when I arrived it was not a surprise! My issue was taken care of and we opted for the 30,000 mile service after Josh explained the need for it - he had a savings coupon for me and told me I would be signed up for the low cost oil change coupons, free weekly car wash and was offered a loaner car (which I did not need on this particular day and will use in the future).
