Chapman Mazda responded

We attempted to resolve this issue with the customer and she has not responded to our request. The special offer is meant for those who purchased from us and she may have received the offer in the mail in error; however, we would be happy to continue the service with her. As for the time it took for her last visit, we checked from the time we time stamped her service ticket into the system until her charge card ran when she left which was also time stamped, it took exactly 28 minutes through our Express Service dept. Sometimes, if customers opt for a car wash it can take longer because we hand wash their cars. We rank #1 in the region in overall customer satisfaction and #5 nationally but we are not perfect, all we ask for is the opportunity to make it right. - Jesse McMahan, Chapman Mazda General Manager
