No pressure sale, Got a great car. I'm happy I visited Honda, Hyundai, Toyota, Ford, Chevy, and Mazda. Mazda had the best cars without question. Lucky for me, the Mazda sales experience was als I visited Honda, Hyundai, Toyota, Ford, Chevy, and Mazda. Mazda had the best cars without question. Lucky for me, the Mazda sales experience was also great. Salesmen Dwayne Taylor (and Michael Knox) we friendly, honest, and helpful. Once I settled on the model and price, the paperwork was done quickly. The loan officer was fast and efficient. I'm glad that he explained the extended warranty. I bought it, even after I promised myself before going in that I would not. It offers peace of mind (to me) since I just went through dumping a few thousand dollars down the toilet on a Dodge that finally died last year. Anyway, I'm happy with my Chapman Mazda purchase and I would do it again if I wasn't such a poor person. I'm already dreaming of another Mazda. The white Mazda 3 Grand Touring sitting in my driveway looks like a leapord on a leash just trying to bust free and run. More

What they do is wait until end of the evening when store is empty to show their worst side. Stay far away from this Dealership. I specifically stated NO Dealer Add-Ons and that I won't sign if I see any slipped into the contract last minute. So, they didn't put them in writing but added them to my bill "covertly". Then they deliberately acted out, creating a hostile and threatening environment at the time I was expected to "sign" on the dotted line. Kind of like walking into a wolf den. They told lie after lie. At first I thought, how sad they had to make a living stealing from honest hard-working people, then I noticed this was visibly the highlight of their day. How sad. More

Good service advisor, but not so good service tech. Jennifer provided very good customer service, but my experience was somewhat disappointing. I was charged for a tire rotation which I requested, but Jennifer provided very good customer service, but my experience was somewhat disappointing. I was charged for a tire rotation which I requested, but the service tech did not rotate them. I knew the tires weren't rotated because I could see the plug from a recent flat repair. Obviously, I was frustrated! Jennifer and Matt (service manager) were very apologetic; they quickly worked our tire rotation the next day, and they offered a complimentary synth oil change. They seem to be sincere, good personnel. I'm not yet endorsing this dealer, but thanks to those two, I'm willing to give Chapman another try. More
