"My First Car" I was shopping around for a car and had been to couple of dealerships, but this Dealership (Chapman Mazda) was the only one that actually worked with I was shopping around for a car and had been to couple of dealerships, but this Dealership (Chapman Mazda) was the only one that actually worked with me. Other dealerships didn't understand my needs or they might too busy selling their choice of car to me. Chapman Mazda seem like the most sincere dealership, even if they are trying to sell you something (which is their job), they are still looking out for you and will work with you. The perfect balance at a dealership. I got the exact car I wanted at the price I thought was fair, thank you Chapman Mazda! They handled my situation with great care and transparency. ***REVIEW UPDATE*** Update: Chapman Mazda and I were able to work towards an agreement. They handled my situation with great care and transparency. I really appreciated their efforts and am loving my new car! Buyer Beware: This dealership failed to honor the agreed-upon price that was given twice in writing, once to me via text and another to my email through an online inquiry. Upon arrival, with cash to purchase, the price was off and I didn't feel that the dealership was transparent with me upfront. Fees are understandable within reason, but I draw the line where I feel like I am being taken advantage of. Specifically, new tires installed on the car after the price conversation and prior to my arrival at the dealership with cash in hand based on agreed-upon price. I am posting this to prevent others from experiencing similar issues. Honesty is the best policy and I didn't feel like the staff I met with that day or had been speaking to up to a week prior were behaving honestly. More
