I first took my car to the BMW North Scottsdale and they were awful. Did not assist in my vehicle being covered under Warranty, and tried to charge me $3,500. Mitch was my service tech and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He assisted in getting the issue resolved and understanding that it should be covered under Warranty once he dug into it further. If you are considering between North Scottsdale BMW and Chapman, the choice is very easy. Don't make the mistake I did by going to North Scottsdale first. From the time we walked into the dealership until we left we were treated with Respect by people who knew what CUSTOMER SERVICE should be. After purchasing the car, a little work needed to be completed. I returned three days later to have the work accomplished which was going to take approx 3 hours. Instead in sitting around they gave me a car and told me to come back in 3 hours. I did and the car was completed as promised. I will come back AGAIN to purchase my next car and will deal with Linda Daub and Robert Mills.
