I was never informed that the tire rotation was an added expense until I reviewed my invoice. My pre-written notice and the service managers reply when I asked if tire rotation was included with the oil/fi expense until I reviewed my invoice. I was informed balancing the tires was an added cost not the rotation. I can rotate the tires myself, Free of charge. More

Every time I have dealt with Chapman it has been a good experience. I had a few questions when I picked up my Acura on how to operate a radio and phone function and Jeremy showed me how easy it was to use experience. The sensors were installed and the paint matched perfectly. The service manager made sure that we were pleased with the work and if we had any issues with the automobile. Great,fast service. Took my car in for routine maintenance and was out in an hour. Nice waiting room. I asked questions about new Acuras and sales person (don't remember his name) answered them to maintenance and was out in an hour. Nice waiting room. I had to take my car in twice to do the same job. They I had to take my car in twice to do the same job. They DIDN'T tighten the bolts and my car drove like it had a mind of its own ! I was lucky the nuts did not totally fall off and I did not crash ! If you want half a** quality of work and have time to waste waiting to get your car repaired again then you found the right place. Everytime I take my vehicle for service at Chapman Acura I feel like I'm treated as a second class citizen. I've had more work done on my vehicle there in the past year than I'm sure many people do, but the I feel like I'm treated as a second class citizen. I've had more work done on my vehicle there in the past year than I'm sure many people do, but the staff does not treat me as a valued customer. I have to beg and pull teeth to get a loaner car - and end up driving some Honda loaner car that they "scraped up" for me. I am spoken to like I know absolutely nothing about my vehicle, and when I have issues with my warranty the associates I've dealt with don't try to help me solve anything or find an alternate solution. We had a problem with a chirping noise. Acura opened up the front panel and determined that a screw came undone. I drive a lot and have been using Chapan Acura Service since I have moved back to Tucson 3.5 years ago. Joe is always very professional and has many times exceeded my expectations. My 2002 TL has 190,00 since I have moved back to Tucson 3.5 years ago. Joe is always very professional and has many times exceeded my expectations. My 2002 TL has 190,000 miles and I am looking forward to breaking 300,000. Way to go Acura Service! More
