Worst experience ever! They (well the service advisor Justin) took weeks and moths to return our original outreach and finally we just had to drive there and ask for the m They (well the service advisor Justin) took weeks and moths to return our original outreach and finally we just had to drive there and ask for the manager (Craig). We had many issues to be addressed with the vehicle and we had no idea we were getting on a roller coaster. Number one, after complaining about lack of follow up from Justin, Craig thought it was a good idea to put us with him anyway. The updates were few and far between and circle jerked like he forgot what he told us the time before. For instance, the mirror has been installed but the tech says when it folds there is a concern with the wires so we need to keepp it until Monday to finish it up, then Monday comes and Justin calls back to say how much he hates to promise a customer for the exact return because when they opened the box for the mirror to install it they discovered it was a mirror to a grand Cherokee and not a Wagoneer. We are a month into this now! We finally are contacted to pick up the car only to review all of the concerns with multiple issues left unattended and we must leave the vehicle again, but they forgot to extend the rental so enterprise charged us $200 unexpectedly to our personal debit card. We still have in fixed issues and more work to be done but we will never return to this dealer for service or purchase ever again! I could story tell much more in between but you get the gist of this service failure! More
I made an appointment at 8:30 A. M. and at 12:30 P.M. had not heard anything so called to check status and was told that they hadn’t even started the service. I expressed I needed my vehicle no later than 3pm because I had to pick my child up from school, as well as reminded them that I needed to be picked up by the courtesy van. From that point on I could not reach any customer service agent and kept getting sent to voicemails or given the runaround. As the drop deadline approached, and I could not get in touch with anyone, I had to get my own ride to the dealership. I kept calling while in route, and finally as I was pulling in I reached the service agent that was tending to me. At this point, it was 3pm and the truck was being worked on. After waiting for 10 minutes and demanding to just give me my truck they finally brought it out. The service was supposedly done but obviously there was no time for the courtesy wash or the 24 Point inspection. When I commented what was the point of me making an appointment the answer was they tend to the customers referred to as waiters before appointments. Well, had I known that I would’ve just sat in the waiting room and not left my truck there, been without a vehicle all day, late to pick up my kid from school, as well as ignored by customer service all day. In addition, the only reason I made an appointment was because when I called, I was told it takes 2 to 4 hours to do this service recall. When I told that to the service agent at 12:30 as I was concerned about the time, she said, I don’t know who told you that it only takes about 45 minutes. So everything was wrong right from the beginning. And to add insult to injury I was told that at 12:30 yet the vehicle still wasn’t ready until after 3pm. And the final blow was when I got there the service agent shows me the notes she put on the paperwork while she “stepped out for two minutes“ that said needs to be picked up and vehicle ready by 3pm. Notes are great if someone reads them or you follow up with them. Because none of that happened. It was an epically awful, unacceptable experience. More
